PRIVACY DECLARATION

The protection of personal data is a priority for OMEK Consulting Engineers. We take appropriate measures to safeguard personal data and ensure processing complies with applicable legislation.

  • Name, profession, contact details (address, phone, e-mail) and information required by tax and insurance authorities.
  • Identification numbers (TIN, SSN, ID, passport).
  • Education, qualifications, skills, work experience, and details in CVs submitted by potential partners.

Purpose of Processing

We process data to:

  • Fulfil contractual and business obligations, including project participation and implementation.
  • Provide services and maintain communication with clients and partners.
  • Comply with legal, tax, and labour obligations.
  • Pursue legitimate company interests without overriding individual rights.

Consent is not required when processing is necessary for contract execution, legal compliance, vital interests, public interest, or legitimate company interests.
